They have received £269528 over three years to extend the existing Mal’s Marauders ‘Walk and Talk’ men’s mental health group based in Port Talbot to an additional 500 men in Neath Port Talbot County Borough and further afield in South Wales. They will also develop a campaign in local sports clubs to promote men’s mental health by delivering Mental Health First Aider courses to 300 people. The project will create community drop-in opportunities recruit volunteers produce newsletters and deliver talks all aimed at promoting men’s mental health and wellbeing Mae Mal’s Marauders Men’s Resilience yn fenter i hyrwyddo lles dynion ac iechyd meddwl ac i gefnogi dynion â materion iechyd meddwl. Maent wedi derbyn £269528 dros dair blynedd i ymestyn grp iechyd meddwl dynion Mal’s Marauders ‘Walk and Talk’ a leolir ym Mhort Talbot i 500 o ddynion ychwanegol ym Mwrdeistref Sirol Castell-nedd Port Talbot ac ymhellach i ffwrdd yn Ne Cymru. Byddant hefyd yn datblygu ymgyrch mewn clybiau chwaraeon lleol i hyrwyddo iechyd meddwl dynion trwy ddarparu cyrsiau Cymorth Cyntaf Iechyd Meddwl i 300 o bobl.
