MINDSONG 

Our main service uses music to benefit people with dementia and their carers. People can access Music Therapy @ Home, Together in Song singing groups in care homes (led by trained volunteers), Music Therapy in care homes and Sing 2 Remember groups in the community and Mindset. We also provide programmes for people with chronic lung disease and other health conditions through Social Prescribing.
