HERTS MUSICAL MEMORIES 

Herts Musical Memories provides singing sessions for people with dementia and their cares. The sessions are based in musical therapy and help people connect with their memories. The sessions comprise of gentle seated exercise, breathing exercises and vocal exercises. Each week the members of the group sing songs from musicals and popular culture woven around a variety of themes.
