BE ME PROJECT 

Be Me Project provides support for a wide spectrum of people ranging from young people in secondary school to younger women within our communities. It delivers courses and one to one sessions that encourage positive mental wellbeing, confident mind-sets, inspiring people to be uniquely themselves and raising levels of self esteem and resilience.
