    NELSON'S JOURNEY

    Nelson's Journey provides a therapeutic service for children and young people up to the age of 17 years (inclusive) living in Norfolk who have experienced the death of a significant person. We carry out 1:1 work, training for professionals, information and support for families, and deliver group activities for children and young people including therapeutic weekends and activity days
