CHANGES BRISTOL LTD 

Changes Bristol is a mental health charity that is peer led and provides peer support groups and peer support networks for people who suffer mental distress throughout Bristol and the surrounding area. Our support meetings happen at the same time and place each week. We provide a number of interventions including our Steps to Recovery programme and other wellbeing workshops.
