This project delivers outreach youth work across the Winchester District tackling issues affecting young people including abuse, parental substance misuse and poor mental health. This project will build on their current model reaching out to more people, who are not in education or employment, delivering a weekly daytime service. A buddy system will also be set up to continue to reach out to more people who are excluded, socially isolated and at risk of loneliness.
