This project will support children who have disabilities, additional needs and life limiting illnesses, as well as their families and siblings. It will offer a family centred care approach, where the whole family is supported. Children will be supported with weekly sessions, holiday clubs, and day trips. Siblings are also supported through exclusive 'sibling sessions' and parents can access parent workshops, carers days, phone support and taught strategies.

The project will provide a family-centred care approach, supporting parents, carers, friends, siblings and children with disabilities aged 0-19 including children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down’s Syndrome, cerebral palsy or any other disability.
