    THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (“THE OBJECTS”) PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN PRESTON IN THE COUNTY OF LANCASHIRE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE AREA OF BENEFIT”):- THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE CARE AND ACCOMMODATION, OF YOUNG PEOPLE (AGED BETWEEN 18 AND 25 YEARS) WHO ARE HOMELESS, OR BY REASON OF ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES OR BY BEING A DISCHARGED OFFENDER REQUIRE TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION, AND ARE IN NEED OF HELP IN ACQUIRING A MORE SETTLED WAY OF LIFE, AND TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST ALL SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE THAT MAY DEVELOP AS RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
