THAMES REACH CHARITY 

Thames Reach works with homeless and vulnerable adults to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives. We specialise in supporting people with complex needs, like poor mental health and substance misuse. Our services include street outreach, hostels, specialist supported housing, prevention work, health initiatives and a range of employment and education schemes.
