TO PROMOTE LEARNING FOR PLEASURE FOR RESIDENTS NO LONGER IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT BY PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS.COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENTTHE PROMOTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN AREAS OF RURAL ISOLATION, AND IN PARTICULAR OF BAMPTON AND OUTLYING AREAS, OF THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES: 1.
