This project will develop a modelling system which is able to a) quantify several competing aspects of land use in a given urban environment as it currently exists (baseline), and b) build scenarios under changes that affect the distribution of such land use. As part of the system, the use of AI and data science will be demonstrated in the evaluation of large ensembles of scenarios to improve land use decision-making.
