This project will continue delivery of a range of physical activities as part of the Get Active programme. These weekday activities are delivered by the Mental Health Peer Support Worker, as a part of the broader mental health journey. Current activities continue include organised walks; running groups; track running; gym sessions; cycling and indoor games. Additional activities include an additional day of activity (2 x sessions during the day) for running groups.

This fuding will help to enhance their new website by producing their own video content by employing two members of staff, a graduate intern and digital services lead. The content would also be used within classroom and event settings when it is safe to re-open.
