The prevention or relief of poverty in Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas, in particular but not exclusively by providing emergency food parcels and welfare services to individuals in need and/or charities or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.3.2. To do any other thing consistent with the primary purpose of the charity as described above.Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of property of the CIO for the purposes which are not charitable.
