The project aims to change people’s lifestyle this includes learning about healthy diet exercise provide basic computer courses use emails smartphones and help tackle social isolation. The project will work to positively impact physical and mental health.

This two-year project provides weekly intergenerational football and Muay Thai boxing sessions for men and boys living in the Church Street neighbourhood of Westminster. It aims to help the community to get to know one another and make friends and to create stronger bonds between fathers and their children. There is a steering group that meets monthly, which children are encouraged to join. Volunteers also regularly collect feedback from participants.
