The funding will used to set up and run a project called 'Hope House Community' which will function as an outreach project for past residents from Hope House. The project plans to support past residents, helping to reduce their isolation and the risk of them becoming homeless again. Ex-residents will be supported for as long as is required as it is recognised that the issues that have led to their homelessness are frequently complex and deep-rooted.
