It continued existing gym and relaxation sessions and added multi-sports and three new informal courses of activities: Steps to Ambassadors, Art therapy, and ‘Can’t cook, can cook’. These were developed from planning and feedback sessions with existing members, which continued during this project. It increased team working, communication and leadership skills, which enabled members to become ambassadors promoting equality and raising awareness around brain injury in the community and nationally.
