Application of Income.The Trustees must apply the Income of the Charity in furthering the following object ('the objects'):The provision of recreational boating facilities for disabled people with the object of improving their conditions of life by;(a) the provision, improvement or funding of boating equipment, facilities, infrastructure, grants, items, services and support to people with disabilities, their carers and those supporting boating for people with disabilities at Papercourt Lake, Ripley, Surrey for the public benefit;(b) the provision of facilities and payment of fees, expenses, grants, items and services connected with or required by people with disabilities, their carers and those supporting boating for people with disabilities including without restriction training, equipment, travelling, other expenses, social and welfare costs reasonably expected to help recipients partake or develop in the amateur sport of boating including in safety and survival training;(c) supporting or financing the education and training of aspiring amateur boaters with disabilities.
