Starting with the premise that the voluntary sector itself has the skills and assets needed to develop strong leaders, the programme matches consultants and clients from within the sector and supports a brief but targeted intervention of leadership and development practice. Outcomes include more strategic leadership, better relationships between boards and CEOs and importantly giving time and space to reflect and plan away from for the everyday pressures of the workplace to improve the offer to end users.
