The project will continue its current support plus create new services for mental health service users in the East Midlands whilst also providing volunteering opportunities. People with mental health problems will be encouraged to access support to help prevent problems by using self-help tactics. Individuals will be encouraged to adopt coping strategies and essential life skills. Volunteers will be given training in counselling and service users will be able to book one to one appointments.
