This project is for the refurbishment and modernisation of the existing building. This project will mean rooms currently not let due to poor condition will become available to more charities and service provider partners offering counselling, employability support, day services for disabled people, support for young people affected by domestic abuse, language skills and victim support. Currently 4,650 people use the community facilities per month and this project will attract an additional 2,500 people.

Usage will increase from current footfall of 4,650 visitors per month to over 6,500.
