This through the delivery of bespoke education & training programmes to those who are educationally disadvantaged.3.3 To work toward upholding the rights of all citizens as set out in the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act 2000.The area of benefit of the charity shall be mainly but not limited to: the 6 local authority administrative areas of North Wales, namely, Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd and Wrexham as defined in the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994.
