TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF LOCAL PEOPLE AND THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDANTS IN ORDER TO ASSIST THEIR INCLUSION INTO WIDER COMMUNITY, INCLUDING THE PROMOTION OF AFRICAN CULTURE.
