    TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS OR A DISABILITY AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE AREA OF BANBURY AND THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:(A) PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE DESCRIBED ABOVE(B) PROMOTING AND AIMING TO INCREASE THE RANGE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO THE YOUNG PEOPLE DESCRIBED ABOVE (C) ENCOURAGING THE YOUNG PEOPLE DESCRIBED ABOVE TO ENGAGE IN THE SAME ACTIVITIES AS ALL YOUNG PEOPLE OF THEIR AGE(D) PROVIDING ADVICE AND TRAINING TO PEOPLE AND ORGANISATIONS INVOLVED IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH RECREATIONAL FACILITIES (E) CONSULTING AND WORKING WITH THE YOUNG PEOPLE DESCRIBED ABOVE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE FOREGOING MORE EFFECTIVELYTHESE OBJECTS WILL BE FURTHERED WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACE, RELIGION, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR OTHER OPINIONS.
