The funding would go towards salaries at the organisation which supports older people across Mole Valley in Surrey and they are based in The Point in the town of Dorking. It was created by the local CA to provide a befriending service for the welfare of older people in the area after feedback from service users. Over time this became the Local Community Support Programme (LCSP) which is the basis of their service offer. Their aim is to bring people together and build strong relations in the community whilst also reducing loneliness and isolation. T
