OYAP TRUST

OYAP Trust works with young people to create a brighter future for our community. We specialise in working with the most isolated, vulnerable and at risk using creativity to provide opportunities to learn, develop skills, gain confidence and realise potential. We do this by working in partnership with inspirational artists and the wider community involving young people in all areas of our work.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • A significant proportion of recent income was derived from major grant makers including the Government
  • The Board appears to be well diversified in terms of gender

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • The Board composition appears to be rather static

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Spending is declining
  • Income has been volatile and on several occasions in recent years less than spending
