The group will use its funding to help support the most vulnerable unseen and lonely people to no longer be marginalized or ostracized and instead create strong relationships and offer the chance to fulfill their potential like anyone else. To achieve this Grapevine will bring isolated vulnerable and marginalized people together with those who care from business public sector and voluntary sectors to lead new initiatives across the Connecting for Good (CfG) community ecosystem in a way that is ‘bottom up’ and sustainable.
