    INTERNATIONAL SEAFARERS' WELFARE AND ASSISTANCE NETWORK 

    ISWAN is an international NGO set up to promote seafarers welfare and related issues and the application of therelevant sections of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006. From 1st April 2013 it is also responsible for the SeafarerHelp 24/7 helpline formerly operated by The Internattional Seafarers Assistance Network.
