The Development Worker will provide mentoring and will support families through issues including unemployment and parenting. The project will establish a Baby and Toddler Cafe providing healthy food and snacks and a hub for informal workshops. Extra staffing hours will provide free childcare whilst these activities take place and will benefit 300 individuals.
