This grants scheme will enable organisations to provide practical support to vulnerable EU citizens to help them make their EU Settlement Scheme application by 30 June 2021 and continuing support beyond this date. This support could be provided through a range of activities such as information giving, improving understanding of the scheme, provision of technology and direct assistance. It is essential that the support provided via the grants scheme leads to applications submitted to the Home Office. The grant scheme will ensure that the necessary support is available across the UK so that everyone who qualifies for the Scheme can complete the application process by 30 June 2021 and continuing support is available beyond this date.

Tros Gynnal Plant will support young refugee and asylum seekers aged 14-25 living in Cardiff and surrounding areas. They will provide weekly drop-in service during school term times - a place for socialising information support and activities. They will organise four holiday workshops and activities across four dispersal areas to encourage connection with young people. They will also provide mentoring and advocacy and develop new/existing relationships with individuals organisations and services to benefit the community. £498920 over four years will fund staff interpreters volunteers and project delivery. Bydd Tros Gynnal Plant yn cefnogi ffoaduriaid ifanc a cheiswyr lloches 14-25 mlwydd oed sy'n byw yng Nghaerdydd a'r ardaloedd cyfagos. Byddant yn darparu gwasanaeth galw heibio wythnosol yn ystod tymor yr ysgol - lle ar gyfer cymdeithasu gwybodaeth cymorth a gweithgareddau. Byddant yn trefnu pedwar gweithdy a gweithgareddau gwyliau ar draws pedair ardal wasgaru i annog cysylltiad â phobl ifanc. Byddant hefyd yn darparu mentora ac eiriolaeth ac yn datblygu perthynas newydd/bresennol gydag unigolion sefydliadau a gwasanaethau er budd y gymuned. Tros Gynnal Plant will use £87000 funding to expand their existing ‘Team Around the Tenancy’ service to support care experienced young people throughout North Wales with their tenancies. Support will be provided remotely and a service to combat isolation and loneliness will be introduced as a direct response to COVID-19 challenges. £87000 over 12 months will fund salaries and project costs. Bydd Tros Gynnal Plant yn defnyddio grant o £87000 i ehangu eu gwasanaeth ‘Tîm o Amgylch y Denantiaeth’ bresennol i gefnogi pobl ifanc â phrofiad gofal ledled Gogledd Cymru gyda’u tenantiaeth. Darperir cefnogaeth o bell a chyflwynir gwasanaeth i frwydro yn erbyn arwahanrwydd ac unigrwydd fel ymateb uniongyrchol i heriau COVID-19.
