This project provides trained volunteers who visit and support isolated, frail and lonely older people through face to face visits at home for those who are lonely, disabled, unwell or worried about issues affecting their lives. It also provides support via regular social groups and events. Age Concern North Norfolk will continue this support, providing the opportunity to make friends, socialise, receive emotional support and help to improve mental health, wellbeing and quality of life.
