At present, the building is not energy efficient which has a significant cost impact to the organisation and the young people we support. This has caused a huge increase in costs for the building, which affects our ability to provide quality support to those that live there. The property provides support to all young people by providing access to education, employment and training. There is also wrap around support for young people with mental health issues.
