The funding will be used to fund ICT project resources and an experienced Project Worker to develop deliver and co-ordinate programmes of daily wellbeing activities. The project aims to plan and create a therapeutic ‘mindfulness garden’ which will include planting to soothe senses and attract wildlife seating sheltered areas water features and outdoor exercise areas to help reduce feelings of anxiety and stress and to promote a calm space.
