(1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONGST PEOPLE RESIDENT OR WORKING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF LAMBETH (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PERSONS RESIDENT OR WORKING IN THE CENTRE'S AREA (3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONGST PEOPLE RESIDENT OR WORKING OUTSIDE THE CENTRE'S AREA IF AND ONLY IF, IN THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, THE NATURE OF THE WORK DONE BY THE CENTRE IN RESPECT OF SUCH PERSONS WILL ASSIST THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTRE IN MEETING THE OBJECTS SET OUT AT (1) AND (2) ABOVE.
