2.1 The Charity's objects are restricted specifically, in each case only for the public benefit to:2.1.1 Preserve and protect the health, and reduce the needs, distress and trauma of, any adult or child over the age of 5 years (or their partner, carer or relative) who has experienced any form of sexual abuse or violence, at any time in their life, through the provision of counselling, information, advocacy, support and practical help, where necessary;2.1.2 Advance the education of the public and of professionals, in the subject of rape and sexual abuse, and raise awareness of the impacts of rape and sexual abuse, whether physical, medical, psychological, or social;2.1.3 Provide talking therapy to people in any form of institution who have suffered from any form of sexual abuse or violence at any time in their life, including but not restricted to prisons or educational establishments;Nothing in these Articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with any statutory provision regarding the meaning of the word charitable or the words charitable purposes in force in any part of the United Kingdom.
