A grant will enable Hamoaze House to employ a Hidden Harm Worker who will work with young people and their families in Plymouth to address issues related substance misuse. This will lead to better communication within the family, improvements in school attendance, changes with regards to negative behaviour patterns and reduce isolation for young people.
