Weekly drop-in sessions offered participatory multilingual activities for South Asian women aged 18-70, including group exercise in traditional clothing, caseworker support, educational workshops, volunteering and befriending opportunities. The group offered a safe space for women to come together and tackle isolation, regardless of religious and cultural backgrounds. A Steering Group of volunteers met weekly to plan activities.
