This two-year project brings people in Enfield with learning disabilities together for social support and emotional wellbeing. Participants are able to get together at weekly sessions to address issues of concern, with a particular emphasis on health and wellbeing and access to the community, addressing both physical and virtual barriers to inclusion. It aims to enable participants to build connections with their peers and feel less isolated. A council of elected representatives ensures that the project reflects the needs and wishes of their fellow participants.
