FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE “SOCIALLY EXCLUDED” MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY AS A RESULT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS:1. UNEMPLOYMENT 2. FINANCIAL HARDSHIP 3.
