ASSIST A PERSON WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTY TO OBTAIN HIS OR HER FULL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS A CITIZEN; 2. PROVIDE LONG-TERM PERSONAL FRIENDSHIP AND SUPPORT; 3. PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT ON A ONE TO ONE BASIS TO PERSONS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES; PROVIDE COMMUNITY BASED DROP IN CENTRES AND WORKSHOPS; WHETHER THOSE PERSONS LIVE IN RESIDENTIAL CARE OR RESIDE INDEPENDENTLY IN THEIR OWN HOMES OR WITH RELATIVES.
