Support will include 1-2-1 Life Coaching that will be tailored to meet the young carers needs, helping them to set life and career goals, to develop coping strategies, and to help the overcome barriers to their ambitions. The project will also work with 27 schools to to raise awareness of young carers needs, helping schools to better identify young carers and provide earlier intervention. The majority of Young Carers are living in poverty, and 'hidden' from services. A grant will support the salaries of 3 Specialist Youth Workers, plus delivery and organisational costs.

The young men will be supported to better understand mental health, and encouraged to develop their own social media and Comic-Con campaign helping them to develop a range of practical and social skills.
