GAINSBOROUGH CHORAL SOCIETY

A choir of some 100 singing members, we give 3 concerts each season in Gainsborough. We meet weekly during term time from September to March to rehearse. We aim to learn a variety of choral music, both traditional and new, classical and popular.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • This charity has been successful in attracting volunteers relative to its size
  • The Board appears to be well diversified in terms of gender

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • Although this charity works with volunteers it does not have a Volunteer Management policy
  • This charity does not have a Conflict of Interests policy

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
