CARMARTHEN BREAKTHRO' (BREAKTHRO' CAERFYRDDIN) PROJECT

The purpose of the Association is to relieve the condition of children with severe learning disabilities by the provision of leisure activities to assist the family or those responsible for such persons residing primarily but not exclusively in the Carmarthen area, with the help of volunteers
