The funding will be used to employ 3 FTE staff roles including a Network Hope Project Manager Network Hope Digital Inclusion Coordinator and a Network Hope Activator. The group deliver a programme of weekly online and face-to-face activities ( between 10-15 each week for 48-weeks using 3-proven and effective engagement models:- Community Outreach: Sessions delivered at locations based within the local community of North Kensington (Cycling Walking Day trips social evenings Sports for Confidence BBQ/Picnic/Parties);- Community Hub: Sessions hosted at our Resource Centre St Charles Square W10 6EJ (Gardening IT-Skills Yoga/keep fit Art and Crafts drop in Healthy Cooking Harrington/Social club);- Digital Provision: Sessions delivered online to allow individuals to participate from within their own homes (yoga quizzes cook-along music bingo discussion groups). They currently have the IT equipment but not the human resources to provide these services to those who remain unable to access online services.
