Workshops will look at negative patterns of behaviour and building self confidence through different activities and looking at how to handle difficult situations. 2. Confidence in making their own choices now and in the future. Through a greater self awareness and understanding the dynamics of relationships and the role of gender in mixed gender groups. 3. Greater knowledge of the options open in future education and careers Through meeting a range of women from different walks of life and being introduced to potential role models and mentors through discussion and presentations and through direct contact in workshops.
