THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY TO BE SPLIT INTO THREE EQUAL PARTS:- 1) ONE PART SHALL BE SPENT IN THE REPAIR OF THE TRENT BRIDGE 2) & 3) THE OTHER TWO PARTS SHALL BE SPENT IN THE MAINTANANCE OF A PUBLIC WEIGHING MACHINE IN THE PARISH OF YOXALL OR FOR ANY OTHER PUBLIC, PURPOSE PROVIDED THE TRUSTEES MAY PAY THE TWO PARTS FOR THE FURTHER REPAIR OF TRENT BRIDGE AND FOR THE REPAIR OF HALL BRIDGE IN THE SAME PARISH PROVIDED THIS SHALL REDUCE THE GENERAL RATE. 4) BENEFIT OF THE POOR (SEE SCHEME 31ST AUGUST 1962)
