ENGLISH NATIONAL BALLET

The primary objective of the Charity remains to present productions of classical ballet of the highest quality within England and around the world, with particular emphasis on access to these performances to the widest possible audience through affordable pricing, touring to different venues in England and attractive repertoire.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • There have been no material income shortfalls in recent years
  • Fundraising costs are unusually low relative to funds raised
  • A significant proportion of recent income was derived from major grant makers including the Government
  • The Board appears to be well diversified in terms of age

Financial issues to consider:

  • Liquidity appeared to be in excess of CC guidelines at the latest year end especially considering the historic stability of income
Established: 61 years
