CLOSER COMMUNITIES

Closer Communities provides information, advice and guidance to families with a child with disabilities or complex medical health needs or SEND. THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES LIVING IN NORTH YORKSHIRE AND EAST RIDING BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY IN THIS AREA OF THE COUNTRY.3.
