CHRYSALIS CENTRE FOR CHANGE

We offer a range of support services to women in St Helens and surrounding areas who are struggling with the impact of mental health issues and domestic abuse. Services include one-to-one counselling, a bereavement support program, courses for confidence, anxiety management and managing depression, weekly groups for mental health support, domestic abuse support and therapeutic arts and crafts.
