HELP THE HELPLESS

s well as continuing to help the homeless, we would like to offer help to other people who need it, whether it be the elderly, the disabled, disaffected youth or struggling families. To raise additional funds and to provide a meeting place for those in need we have just opened our first charity shop in Luton
Analysis by Giving is Great

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • There have been multiple defaults for filing returns
  • Why are there only 2 trustees?
  • Why is the Board completely male?
  • The Board composition appears to be rather static
